(8)About safety management measures

Our company appropriately implements the following safety management measures regarding the handling of personal information. These safety management measures comply with the requirements of the Privacy Mark, and the acquisition of the Privacy Mark certifies that our company handles personal information appropriately.

1. Formulation of basic policy
   In order to ensure the proper handling of personal data, we have established a "Personal Information Protection Policy."
2. Establishment of regulations regarding the handling of personal data
   We have established regulations for handling personal data regarding how to handle personal data, persons in charge and their roles, etc.
3. Organizational security control measures
   After appointing a "Personal Information Protection Manager" as the person responsible for handling personal information, we will clarify and supervise the responsibilities and authority of employees regarding the handling of personal information, as well as any facts or signs of violations of laws or internal regulations. We have a system in place to report and contact the person in charge if we become aware of something.We regularly check the handling status of personal information and conduct appropriate audits.
4. Human safety management device
   We regularly provide education and training to employees regarding the appropriate handling of personal information. In addition, we have included matters related to confidentiality regarding personal information in our employee regulations and have concluded a written pledge.
5. Physical safety management device
   In areas where personal data is handled, we control the entry and exit of employees and third parties, and restrict the devices they bring in to prevent personal data from being viewed by unauthorized persons.
   In order to prevent documents and equipment containing personal information from being stolen or lost, we take measures such as keeping the office locked and storing them under lock and key, and protect personal information from being revealed while in transit. . Furthermore, when disposing or deleting personal data, we use methods that make it impossible to restore it.

   We implement measures such as controlling access to information systems that handle personal data, countermeasures against computer viruses, countermeasures against unauthorized software, and monitoring of information systems.
